Styled Engagement Shoot: Great Gatsby
The 1920’s was a time marked by iconic fashion, music, and daring ideas. That era was the inspiration behind this styled Great Gatsby shoot. Mary Duperval of Vonrai Events and Design wanted to capture the grandeur of “The Roaring Twenties, and chose the beautiful Bartow-Pell Mansion in the Bronx, N.Y as the backdrop. The color scheme was black, white, gold and red.
Was there anything super unique or fun about the shoot?
The Mansion was breathtaking! At the beginning of the shoot we were greeted by grazing deer.
How were the fashion details chosen?
I chose the fashion details for the shoot. Each item was coordinated to match the vision I had for the day.
