The secret Paris nuptials, with the Eiffel Tower serving as a backdrop, were the perfect reflection of the couple’s love. And that dress Oh, that dress! The one shoulder champagne gown featured white embroidered applique and a silk tulle ruffled skirt in tea length. “Wedding dress shopping was very discouraging for me. I had a vision of what I wanted, a never before seen dress, that was uniquely made for me and matched my personality. Naturally, I could not find this in any bridal shops that I visited so my friend suggested I consult with a gown designer for a customized wedding dress,” Brandy said.  The bride settled on designer Erica Angeline and wore her hair in a vintage ocean waves style. The groom was just as dapper in his midnight navy, custom, paisley patterned coat, handmade with 100% imported silk. But don’t worry. The lovely couple didn’t leave their beloved family and friends out completely. While their loved ones were not present when the two exchanged vows in France they did get to celebrate together at a reception held in Atlanta, Ga. “Everyone showed up prepared to witness our union. Once they entered the venue, we played a 5 minute video of our Paris ceremony. Though completely shocked, they all felt as if they were there with us,” Brandy said. Once everyone was in on the secret, guest dined at elaborate food stations, danced on the custom floor, and smoked outdoors at a customized cigar station.  Although guests didn’t make it to the Paris wedding day, Brandy and Cornelius made sure to send everyone home with just a little taste of the city of lights. “We wanted to ensure that our guests had a little bit of Paris to take home with them. We went with a simple clear gift box, filled with macaroons, with a sticker that included the Eiffel Tower and our Motif, all neatly wrapped with a bow. They were an instant hit!” Brandy said.
